Jylo MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, each party’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed an amount equal to the Charges paid in the six (6) twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 The limitation in clause 9.2 shall not apply to a party’s liability under clause 14 (Confidentiality) or clause 15 (Data Protection).
9.5 Each party shall take reasonable steps to mitigate any loss for which it seeks to recover under this Agreement.

Projects
Files, chats, Flows, members and credits live inside one project. Nothing crosses into another project, another team, or another firm.
Assistant
Ask in plain English. The assistant reads the project, says which documents it searched, and links every claim to the passage it came from.
Playbooks
A playbook is the questions you always ask, the outputs you always produce and the positions you always hold. Build one, share it with the firm, or publish it.
Flows
Run a playbook across hundreds of documents and get a grid: one row per document, one column per question, every cell traceable. Export to Excel or a Word report.
To-do
Anything that would change a document, mask personal data or commit the firm stops and waits for someone. Accept, edit or reject. The record shows who decided.
Library
Everything the assistant may reach for, with access control per item: house style, standard positions, templates, the firm’s systems through MCP, iManage and NetDocuments.
Pick the model per chat, per playbook or per organisation. Switch when a better one arrives without rewriting a thing. Whichever you choose, your documents and prompts are never used to train it.
Why we built it
Most AI tools are a chat box bolted onto software designed for a world without models. Jylo starts from the other end: a workspace where the brief, the firm’s knowledge, the playbook and the finished work are one connected thing, and where every answer can be traced back to its source.
It is built for firms whose work is their product, and who cannot afford to feed that product into systems that learn from it. That shapes everything from the business model to where the data sits.
Our customers sell expertise. We sell software. We will never use what you put into Jylo to build a service that competes with the firms that use it.
Playbooks, positions, templates and knowledge are the firm’s property, held in the firm’s project, exportable at any time. They are not training data.
The platform is built around review. Anything with consequences waits for someone with authority to accept it, and the record shows who did.
In a private instance we run, or inside your own Azure subscription with the same product and the same releases. Either way, you hold the keys.
Trust
Jylo is independently owned, with European roots and customers across jurisdictions. We are externally audited, and contractually on the hook for how your data is used. Those aren’t features. They are the reason the product exists.
Externally audited and continuously monitored, so your data is protected to the standard your clients expect of you, in whichever country they sit.
We never use customer data for any purpose, including training models. Your data stays yours, and the contract says so in plain words.
