Brodies’ decision to bring in Jylo came off the back of a major project where the team was facing a huge volume of work and a tight timeline. The question wasn’t whether they could get through it, but how to do it efficiently without overloading people. Their IT Director, Damien Behan, identified an opportunity to try something different and introduced Jylo through a pilot on that live matter to see if it could genuinely make a difference.
It didn’t take long for the impact to show. On that project, Jylo helped the team handle large amounts of work in a more efficient manner, cutting down the manual effort involved and keeping everything moving at pace. The support from the Jylo team also stood out - they were easy to work with, quick to respond, and actively involved in making sure things ran smoothly throughout the pilot.
Off the back of that experience, the decision to move forward felt straightforward. What started as a way to get through a particularly demanding project has since become a more established part of how Brodies approaches similar work.
