How does pricing work?
We offer transparent, predictable pricing with no hidden fees—you are charged only for active employees. AI Credits are priced with an effective exchange rate aligned to the per-token costs of leading frontier AI models. As underlying token costs decline, we periodically adjust this rate, increasing the value delivered per credit over time. As a result, each Jylo AI Credit enables greater output as model efficiency improves.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial, with no payment required. You'll get full access to test drive our features and see how Jylo might work for you and your organisation.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Customers on annual plans may upgrade their subscription at any time through their account settings. Additional users or AI Credits can be added during the term as needed. All upgrades and additions take effect immediately and are reflected in subsequent billing in accordance with the applicable agreement.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include technical support for platform-related issues with a 4-hour response time. In addition, every plan includes consultative support for playbook development. Enterprise plans include a dedicated Customer Success Manager and phone support for critical issues.
